4K has a reputation of having the best Steaks around. Our steaks are
"Certified Angus Beef" top 10 % of Choice, as close to "prime" as you
can find.
We hand cut "Ribeye's", "Cole Camp Strips", "Filets" to take home or
to enjoy grilled on our deck , Thus. Fri. & Sat. throughout the
spring, summer, and fall. We also have hand cut Pork Loin
and our own 4K Farm Raised Burger!
Our Meat department features meats from two of the best "Small Town"
lockers in Missouri.
"ALEWELL'S COUNTRY MEATS", in Warrensburg MO, and
"ALMA MEATS", in Alma MO.
Both have won many blue ribbons at the MO State Fair for their Bacons,
Sausage, Brats, Jerky, and Hams. Unique items such as "Blood Pudding",
"Head Cheese", and a German Favorite, "Raw Hack", are just a few of the
items available.
A few times a year, we feature a "Alewell's WHOLE HOG" Roast on our deck.
